(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - According to reports, members of the banned extremist organization Lashkar-e-Jhangvi opened fire at Shiite Mian Asif killing him in Lahore city of Pakistan.

Furthermore, 40 year old Asif was shot while standing outside his house. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but died of gunshot wounds soon after. His body is being moved to the Imam Bargah now.

Under the leadership of the Sharif brothers government the terrorists of SSP and LeJ have been killing Shiites without fear of conviction or arrest for several years now. The Sharif Brothers government has never tried to control these terrorists but are infact often seen in the rallies of LeJ and SSP despite the fact they’re banned. Zia ul Haq’s regime has never really ended and Shiite genocide continues.

Shia organisations and religious scholars have demanded of the government time and again to launch a countrywide operation against these Wahhabi terrorists but government turned a deaf ear to these calls and demands.
